24Heures du Mans 2022 : the race !
The start :

In Hypercar, Toyota kept the lead with the #7 and #8 ahead the two Glickehaus. In LMP2, cars were fighting hard as always. The #22 car got hit by two cars in the same time. In GTE Pro, it's a clean start like in GTE-Am.
After the hyperpole, the ACO updated the BoP for the Alpine. It penalised the French car as you can see after Dunlop, the #36 was overtaken by an LMP2 car.

Nothing new in LMH and LMP2. In GTE-Pro that's :
Corvette 1st and 2nd
Porsche 3rd and 4th
Ferrari 5th and 6th
At this moment, I was at Indianapolis. The public area was totally crowded, so I did not take shots of the start... Moreover, due to a last minute unforeseen, I was forced to go back home from 6PM to 11PM. :'(
MIDNIGHT
At midnight, I went to the Porsche Curves to shot the glowing brakes and the night lights.
After almost 2 hours of night racing shooting, it was time for me to go to bed.
SUNDAY
I woke up at 5AM to go to the track at 6AM to shot the legendary Golden Hour!

While the sun was waking up, the GTE-Pro war was still here between Corvette and Ferrari!

The sun is waking up

The Riley Ferrari didn't have the pace of the Corvettes, Porsches and Ferraris...

The #63 isn't in the game anymore

The sun is waking up

I'm not the only one who woke up to see the Golden Hour !

The light change might be disturbing for some drivers... It will be a wall hit for the Panis Racing car

In GTE-Pro, the Corvette-Ferrari-Porsche war was just sensational. Unfortunately, while M.Christensen was searching the limits, he lost the car on the breaks causing a gravels passage. Not good for the tyres!

Consequences

Following that, the #92 Porsche had a puncture which exploded, smashing the entire front part of the car.
The wonderful Northwest AMR Aston Martin #98

After that astonishing and breath-taking sunshine, I decided to go to the straight line side of the public area to have a break ;)
PUT THE SOUND ON!

After this amazing moment at Mulsanne, I decided to go to the 2nd chicane.

Trust me, when you hear the cars at full gas on the Hunaudieres straight end, and you see how hard they go into the chicane curbs while braking, I can promise you that's something mental!
After it, I went back home at midday to have lunch. Then I went back to Mulsanne with the family. So to enjoy as much as I can, I put the camera in the bag and I watched the end of the race with my eyes
